Ford Taunus GT Coupe 2.3 V6

Last year I did post here a picture of Ford Taunus and promised to post a photo from Coupe version in some day near future. Well, this is the day. I was digging my old photos from late seventies, maybe early eighties ( what ever, this is somethig like 30 years old photo) and found this. It is, like the header says, Ford Taunus GT Coupe with 2.3 liter V6 engine. The largest one that was available for this car. This car has no original shapes around the wheel wells but instead of that they are molded to keep the wider tyres inside the body shapes. I did have a brown Taunus GT Coupe which was originally equipped with 2.0 liter V6 but I replaced the engine with 2.6 liter V6 that was taken from Ford Granada. This photo was taken at Kuusankoski. I wonder if this car is still alive?? EDIT: Seems to be that the car might not be GT-model. The GT has double lights and GT-logo in the middle of the grill.

Viime vuoden puolella postasin tänne kuvan Ford Taunuksesta ja lupasin tuoda näytille kuvan Coupe versiosta kunhan löydän sellaisen. Ny,t kun selailin vanhoja valokuvia,löysin joskus -70 - -80 lukujen vaihteessa otetun kuvan jossa kyseisenlainen kärry komeilee. Tässä autossa on lokasuojia levitelty hieman kyseisen aikakauden tyyliin. Itsehän siis omistin aikoinaan vastaavan johon alkuperäisen 2,0 V6 koneen tilale asensin Granadasta peräisin olleen 2,6 litraisen version. Yllätyin muuten sen aiemmin näyttämäni tuiki tavallisen Taunuksen kuvan saamasta suosiosta. Taitaa olla blogissani toiseksi eniten katsottu kuva erään Ladan (Petroskoi Playboys) jälkeen. Tämä kuva on otettu Kuusankoskella. Mahtaako olla elossa enää tämä yksilö?? Oliko tää nyt Pesiön Karin auto vai kenen? EDIT: Taisi olla niin että tämä oli kuitenkin "vain" Coupe eikä GT. GT-mallissa oli tuplavalot sekä GT-logo maskin keskellä.
